Hey Good Lookin', Whatcha Got Cookin'...

Monday:  It's a baseball night

Tuesday:  Pork chop casserole, green beans

Wash peel & slice a few potatoes & an onion, layer in the bottom of a casserole dish & mix in some cream of celery soup.  Lightly brown some thin boneless pork chops & then put on top of potatoes & onions.  Bake @ 400 for about 30-35mins. til potatoes are soft!  Easy meal!

Thursday:  BBQ chicken, oven rice, broccoli & corn

Friday:  Tacos w/ FF refried beans

  1. I think it's great that you make a weekly menu! It makes life much more organized! Love your menu! :) ...can I ask you what is oven rice?? I'm sure it's pretty self explanatory but was just wondering..lol..I've never heard of it cooked that way
